Global Privacy Policy
Last Updated: May 7, 2026
ThreeOneOGirl LLC ("we," "us," or "our") is a Florida-based software company. We build elegant, powerful financial tools that help you take control of your future. We believe everyone deserves access to powerful, easy-to-understand financial tools — regardless of their net worth. This privacy policy applies when you use any of our products, applications, or websites, or otherwise interact with us. It explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how we protect it, and what choices you have. It applies to all users, no matter where you live.
We collect information you provide to us. For example, we collect information from you when you create an account; use one of our products; fill out a form or otherwise submit content through our services; submit feedback or a support request; subscribe to our newsletter; communicate with us via our website; or otherwise interact with our services.
The specific information we collect depends on the context in which you provide it and which product you are using. It could include:
Device and Usage Information: We collect information about how you access our services, including data about the device and network you use, such as hardware model, operating system version, mobile network, IP address, unique device identifiers, and device regional and language settings, browser type, and app version. We also collect information about your activity on our services, such as access times, features used, links clicked, products and services considered, and general usage patterns.
Content: As you allow through your device or application, we may collect information and content stored on your device, such as photos.
Information Collected by Cookies and Similar Tracking Technologies: We may use tracking technologies, such as cookies and web beacons, to collect information about your interactions with our services. Cookies are small data files stored on your hard drive or in device memory that help us improve our services and your experience, see which areas and features of our services are popular, authenticate users, conduct analytics, and count visits to our websites.
We use your information for the following purposes:
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.
We work with a small number of trusted service providers who perform functions on our behalf, such as hosting, email delivery, and application infrastructure. These providers only receive the minimum data necessary to perform their specific function, and they are contractually required to protect your information to standards that meet or exceed those described in this policy. We do not allow our service providers to use your data for their own purposes.
We retain your data for as long as necessary to provide our services and fulfill the purposes described in this policy. Your data is stored until/unless you choose to delete it. Our applications include a data deletion feature that allows you to permanently remove all data associated with your account.
Important for non-US users: Your information is transmitted to and stored on servers located in the United States. If you are located outside the US, your data will cross international borders. The United States may have different data protection laws than your home country. We use encryption in transit and at rest, along with Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) where applicable, to keep your data protected.
Your financial data stays yours. It's encrypted in transit and at rest, we collect the minimum we need, and you can delete everything at any time — no questions asked.
To protect your personal information from unauthorized access and use, we use security measures that comply with applicable law. These measures include computer safeguards, secured infrastructure, and encryption. No system is 100% secure. While we use industry-standard measures to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we ever become aware of a breach that affects your personal data, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
California (CCPA/CPRA):
We do not "sell" or "share" your personal information for cross-contextual behavioral advertising. California residents have the right to know what data we collect, request its deletion, and opt out of any future sale (though we do not sell data).
Because of the financial nature of our products, they are not designed to appeal to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under 13. If a parent or guardian wishes to delete data their child has provided, they can do so using the data deletion feature available within our applications.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top. For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
